Welcome Newcomers

Dear Parishioner,

Whether you are a returning Catholic to St. Leonard, newcomer or someone with an emerging interest in the Catholic faith, I and all the parishioners of St. Leonard welcome you to our home where we have been serving since 1959. On behalf of the staff members of St. Leonard Catholic Church, I extend a sincere welcome to Our Family Community. We are eager to assist you and serve you. The names of staff members and their extensions are listed in our church bulletin. The Holy Spirit is very active and dynamic through the generosity of our parishioners sharing their talents on behalf of the community. There is a variety of several ministries in which our parishioners are afforded the opportunity to join and participate in numerous spiritual activities.

Our ministries support many of our family community in their journey in making their lives more meaningful. We invite you to participate in at least one of our ministries listed on this brochure or in the bulletin. Also, you are welcome to check our website of the parish. At Parish we know that we are all individual parts of the mystical Body of Christ. Working together, we find great joy in doing God’s work for our community. Our faith community gather together for prayer, faith formation, worship, service to the poor and fellowship. As a parish community, some of our proudest moments come through the children served through our religious education programs creating the next generation of Catholics to serve here locally and to share the message of Christ throughout the world.

I certainly hope you will acquaint yourself with what the parish have to offer and find something that interests you and encourage you to become an active member of St. Leonard Parish community. I look forward to getting to know you personally in the months ahead. God Bless you and your family.

Sincerely in Christ ,

Fr. Gustavo Montanez
